Terms and Conditions - Cool Coatings in Australia

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the purchase and use of Cool Coatings products ("Products") from Cool Brothers Pty Ltd ("The Company") in Australia. By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Information:

The Company provides accurate and up-to-date information about the Products, including their features, usage instructions, precautions, and any applicable warranties. It is your responsibility to review and understand this information before using the Products.

2. Purchase and Payment:

Orders: To purchase Products, place an order through our authorized sales channels, including our website, authorized retailers, or directly with the Company. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.

Price: The price of the Products and applicable taxes will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. The Company reserves the right to change prices at any time, but any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made by approved payment methods as specified by the Company.

3.Delivery and Risk of Loss:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding the purchase and use of the Products and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous negotiations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
